I consigli del Maestro Gampopa riguardano l’affrontare i diversi problemi che si presentano nella pratica della meditazione Mahamudra. Innanzitutto, per evitare errori, dobbiamo affidarci ad un lama completamente qualificato, ad un maestro che ha effettivamente sperimentato la realizzazione di Mahamudra.

Il Maestro non deve essere solo di nome, ma aver realizzato questo sentiero, avere conoscenza ed esperienza, ed essere quindi in grado di guidare gli altri. Continue reading »

return to family life
after having entered the gateway to the Dharma.

Like dying of thirst at the shore of the ocean,
it is meaningless to
live near a noble Dharma master
while having no trust.
